Online/Phone Tutoring: Tutoring services are also available via the phone and/or internet. Please inquire about current specific options.
Consultations: Brief (five-minute) parent/tutor or caretaker/tutor consultations are offered at no charge. In-depth consultations are available at $125 hour and must be prescheduled and prepaid.
Discounts: Discounts are offered for new-client referrals. New-client and multi-session pack discounts cannot be combined. Please inquire about additional allowable discounts.
Payment: Payments are due prior to the start of each session. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and PayPal. Gift certificates available.
Cancellations: Cancellations of sessions require 24-hour notice. Cancellations under 24 hours incur a cancellation fee of session cost.
Supplies: Books and supplies are the responsibility of the student, parent, or business owner, unless otherwise noted.
Session Location: Sessions are held at mutually acceptable locations.
Copyrights/Restrictions: No materials provided by Spectra or its affiliates may be copied or reproduced in any form, including by photocopying, texting, emailing, or any other method without the written permission of Spectra and/or the valid copyright holder.
How do I get a quote for services?
Call 954-370-9153 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, or visit our contact page.Rates include travel charge within 10 miles. Off-site convention locations incur additional charges. Call for quote.
How do I obtain permission to use copyrighted material?
Permissions requests for Spectra Education & Research material may be e-mailed topermissions@SpectraEd.com or mailed to: Permissions Department, Spectra Education & Research, 13326 Southwest 28th Street, Suite 102, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33330-1102.
I received my book in damaged condition. What should I do?
Books received in damaged condition should be reported to the carrier. For further assistance contact our Fulfillment Center at 954-370-9153 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
